What SHSked.com is

SHSked.com is a free web app that copies a CKP-X or IP's monthly work schedule onto their own Google Calendar.

Instructor/Evaluators on a Schoolhouse assignment receive next month's events as a spreadsheet from Schoolhouse Scheduling on the 15th of the month prior. Each Instructor/Evaluator's line shows which event they teach on which day, in which room, and what time to report. Copying that onto a calendar by hand is slow and easy to get wrong — a mistyped report time means missing an event.

SHSked.com reads that spreadsheet, finds your line on it, and writes the month's assignments to a Google Calendar you choose, with the event title, room number, report time and reminders already set. Run it again next month and it updates the existing entries rather than creating duplicates.

What it does

How it works

Everything happens in your browser. The spreadsheet is read on your own device and never uploaded anywhere. There is no server, no database, and no account to create.

When you connect your Google account, the app receives a temporary access token that lives in the browser tab and is discarded when you close it. Nothing about your Google account is stored.

Why SHSked.com requests access to your Google Calendar

SHSked.com asks for permission to your Google Calendar for one reason: to put your schedule on it. Access is requested only when you choose to sign in, and is used only for the actions described here.

The app does not read the contents of your existing calendar events, does not access any other Google service, and does not use your data for advertising, analytics, training models, or any purpose besides writing the schedule you asked for. No user data is sold or shared with anyone.

You can withdraw this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
